Vivid Render (“Vivid”, “we”, “us”) is a product of VR3D Design, India. This policy explains what we collect when you use www.vividrender.app, the Vivid web application and the Vivid SketchUp plugin, and what we do — and deliberately do not do — with it.
1. What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address and password (stored as a salted hash), or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google.
- Design uploads — the SketchUp screenshots and images you submit for rendering, the markups and notes you draw on them, and the renders we generate for you.
- Usage & billing — credit balance, credit consumption per render, plan purchases and payment references from our payment provider. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials; those go directly to the payment gateway.
- Technical basics — IP address, browser type and approximate region, used for security, fraud prevention and localising prices.
2. What we do with your designs
- Your uploads and renders are private to your account. They are not shown to other users, published in any gallery, or shared with third parties.
- We do not use your designs to train AI models, and we contractually pass your images to our rendering providers only for the purpose of generating your render.
- You can delete a project at any time; deletion removes the source images, markups and renders from our active storage.
3. Who we share data with
Only the minimum needed to run the service:
- AI rendering providers — receive the image being rendered and its prompt, nothing about your identity.
- Cloud infrastructure — hosting, storage and database vendors that hold data on our behalf.
- Payment gateways — process your payment; we receive only a confirmation reference.
We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
4. Retention
- Projects and renders stay in your account until you delete them or close the account.
- Unused accounts may be archived after 12 months of inactivity; we email you first.
- Billing records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires.
5. Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Files are stored in access-controlled cloud storage with unguessable object keys. Database access is restricted to service credentials; row-level security prevents any account from reading another's data.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction, or complete deletion at any time by writing to contact@vividrender.app. We respond within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection rights (GDPR, DPDP Act 2023), those rights apply as written.
7. Cookies
We use only functional cookies: your session, your theme preference and your language. No cross-site tracking cookies.
8. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will email account holders and update the date at the top of this page.
