These terms are an agreement between you and VR3D Design (“Vivid”, “we”) covering the Vivid Render website, web application and SketchUp plugin. By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
Vivid turns images you upload (typically SketchUp viewport screenshots) into AI-generated photorealistic renders. Output is generated by machine-learning models; while our pipeline is tuned to preserve your geometry and materials, results can vary and occasional re-renders may be needed. That is why revisions are priced as ordinary renders and the first three renders are free.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One account per person or studio. Credits are not transferable between accounts.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or violate law.
3. Credits & plans
- One credit renders one image at 2K; a 4K render (render + upscale) uses two credits.
- Trial Pack ₹500 = 20 credits (valid 30 days). Starter ₹2,500 = 110 credits (valid 90 days). Studio ₹7,500 = 400 credits (valid 6 months).
- New accounts receive 3 free 2K renders. Free credits carry no cash value.
- Validity runs from the date of purchase; expired credits lapse. See Refunds & credits.
- Prices include applicable Indian taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices may change; packs already purchased are honoured.
4. Your content
- You keep all rights to what you upload. You must own (or be licensed to use) the designs you submit.
- You own the renders Vivid generates for you, including commercial use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process your images purely to provide the service.
- Do not upload unlawful content, other people's confidential work without permission, or images of identifiable private individuals without consent.
5. Acceptable use
- No automated scraping, resale of raw API access, or attempts to bypass credit accounting.
- No use of the service to create misleading “as-built” representations for regulatory or legal submissions.
6. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but the service depends on third-party AI providers and may occasionally be interrupted. We may improve or change features; if a change materially reduces what a purchased pack can do, we will extend or compensate credits fairly.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits or lost business.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the seat of VR3D Design have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-law venue.
