Credits at a glance
- 1 credit = one 2K render. A 4K render uses 2 credits (render + upscale).
- Revisions are normal renders — each revision uses credits like any other render.
- Trial Pack ₹500 — 20 credits, valid 30 days from purchase.
- Starter ₹2,500 — 110 credits, valid 90 days from purchase.
- Studio ₹7,500 — 400 credits, valid 6 months from purchase.
- 3 free 2K renders for every new account — free credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
When we refund
- Failed renders never charge you. If a render errors out, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.
- Duplicate payment — refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Unused pack, first 7 days — if you purchased a pack and used none of its credits, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Service fault — if a defect on our side made your credits unusable during their validity, we extend the validity or refund the unused portion, your choice.
What we can't refund
- Credits already spent on completed renders — the compute is consumed the moment a render finishes.
- Expired credits. We send reminder emails before packs lapse.
- Dissatisfaction with a specific artistic result, because revisions exist for exactly this — and the 3 free renders let you judge quality before paying.
How to request a refund
Email contact@vividrender.app from your account email with the payment reference. We reply within 2 working days; approved refunds reach your payment method in 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
